A Bio-Tech Investment bank was tired of market analysis from third-party sources who often ignored some of the smaller deals that can be so important in the Bio-Tech field. SourceTOAD built them a full Deal Tracking database system that allowed their analysts (who track these deals for a living) to store all the information on these deals (everything from who the investors were to what the estimated value of the firm is). The database from there dynamically generates reports for their quarterly newsletters and weekly emails to the clients, including home-grown financial indexes which track certain sectors in the bio and pharma-tech industries, complete with interactive graphs and full financial statistics.
